The inspiration for Tribe Theory was born when Vikram spent two years backpacking around the world, where he traveled to over 50 countries in six continents and stayed in amazing hostels around the world. Vikram's vision is to build a global hotel brand which provides affordable yet soulful accommodation for young startups and entrepreneurs.
Prior to building Tribe Theory, Vikram was the head of venture capital investments at REAPRA where he made investments in early stage ventures across Asia. Prior to that, Vikram was a banker at J.P. Morgan where he was an early member of several new ventures. Vikram grew up in Los Angeles where he did his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside and his MBA at the University of Southern California.

A young visionary who loves the start-up and business world, Wahyu is a computer science graduate with a passion for human connection and community building. He joined Tribe Theory having created and run a co-living space in Bali with the same mission and core values. Wahyu was born in Bali but grew up in different Indonesian cities, pursuing his education. Spending most of his time in a co-working space or attending events, you can also find him at the beach or the bookstore.
A culinary arts graduate from New York, Adryan is a native Indonesian with a passion in the service industry. Joined Tribe Theory as he was ending his trips around Southeast Asia, now running the Tribe in Bali, Indonesia. Loves making a conversation and a food enthusiast!

Has been in the journey of entrepreneurship for 12+ years and it has taken me through working on projects in education reforms, heading a sales team for a fortune 500, community building, startup mentoring, bootstrapping a farm and establishing an agro business in its early stage, Govt & Policy committees around entrepreneurship and now working on curating a grand platform for entrepreneurial opportunities at the intersection of business disciplines.
I am at my best when discussing disruptive ideas and happy working on building them. Curating creative, open community spaces and learning experiences for the entrepreneurial seeker is my current passion.
Priscilla is Head of Venture investments at REAPRA and brings over 10 years of M&A, direct investment and start-up experience to Tribe Theory. She started her career at Goldman Sachs and has since successfully closed M&A deals valued over SGD 370m across Asia. Priscilla earned an Executive MSc from Baruch College, NY and Bachelor in Corporate Finance & Marketing from the University of Western Australia

With academic qualifications & teaching-research experience in politics, philosophy, economics and business from Princeton, Tsinghua, NUS and MIT, Dennis is excited by new ideas and people. He is creating a framework and heuristics for identifying and creating sustainable, scalable and innovative collectives. Recently, Dennis has been researching and consulting for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and JFDI.Asia and wants to optimize living. Previously, he was at the Capital Markets Group of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and at the Economic and Political section of a U.S. State Department. He is also a published historian whose interests span economic, political, scientific and intellectual history, serves as a mentor for the Yale-NUS Entrepreneurship Society and is extending Peter Thiel's philosophy of entrepreneurship at dennisye.com.
Lorin Winata is a Corporate Strategy Associate at REAPRA and sits on the advisory team. Prior to REAPRA she was an investment associate at East Ventures. Her experiences include launching the restaurant arm of a lifestyle group in Singapore, co-founding a dining club startup, and working with food startups in Los Angeles. Lorin holds a B.Sc in Business Administration (Finance/Entrepreneurship) from University of Southern California.
Being an avid traveller and a fan of extreme sports, Monikca is always up for an adventure. Completing her undergraduate degree with SMU and working for CNBC and Sri Ambikas has provided her with a wealth of opportunities.They have also equipped her with the knowledge and skills to navigate various aspects of a business. With a passion for carefully curated hospitality experiences and human connection, Tribe Theory is the place to be!
Having bootstrapped a startup from the ground up in Myanmar, Zach understands the broader challenges in the Myanmar startup ecosystems in general. He is passionate about helping/building sustainable and highly scalable startups to strengthen the dynamic and promising startup community in Myanmar. Zach is also the tech community manager for Phandeeyar in Yangon.
